Over the past decade, Eric, an Insurance and Risk Specialist, identified a significant problem: companies were increasingly dependent on insurance, facing chaotic renewals, and brokers were exploiting client placement for minimal premium discounts. This cycle forced businesses to either switch brokers or stay with the same, without genuinely improving their position. Brokers reused the same carriers and narratives, resulting in predictable outcomes that left businesses disadvantaged.
In 2021, Eric discovered COI Tracking and leveraged it to revolutionize his approach to underwriters. He elevated Risk Management, Operational Efficiency, and Corporate Financial Well-Being, creating a trifecta for businesses to gain control over the uncontrollable.
By 2022, Eric transitioned from the insurance sector to JDI Data as Director of Sales and later Chief Sales Officer. He significantly boosted JDI’s sales, even as the company faced ownership issues in early 2023. Taking over as CEO, Eric’s mandate was clear: preserve jobs until the company could be sold. Under his leadership, the company thrived, continuing to deliver impactful risk management solutions despite the challenges posed by the previous owner and court interventions.
In late 2023, JDI’s assets, were sold to a new company. Eric facilitated the transition but soon decided to focus exclusively on COI Tracking to enhance business benefits. This led to the birth of TRIUNE.
With his extensive experience, insurance licenses, and certification as a Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS), Eric now offers three distinct services: Triune Scout, Triune Shield, and Triune Basecamp. These innovative services, combined with Eric’s expertise, empower companies to manage risk better, rebrand their narrative to insurance carriers, reduce dependency on them, and ultimately start controlling the uncontrollable.
